Hello Wolverines!
With our season well under way, it's more important than ever that we make sure that all of our players who need rides can get one. That's why I'm happy to announce the extension of the TSS (Transportation Sign-Up Sheet) program to our JV team.
As before, using the JV-TSS is simple:
If you're a player and you need a ride, first navigate to the column heading which has your name. The columns are ordered in alphabetically. Then, find the row which has the match you need a ride for. Check the box and you'll see it turn red. That's how we'll know that you need a ride. You must fill out the JV-TSS form no later than 8:00 AM the day of the match.
Example: Emery Kerkhove needs a ride to the away game at SDA on 3/11. She should
check the cell at L2.
If you're a volunteer and can offer rides, we've put your name on the JV TSS sheet. If we need your assistance, your team mom will contact you by noon on the day of the match with the name and contact information of the student that needs a ride. If you are unable to provide transportation in a certain area, please note those areas on the sheet next to your name. By default, we assume that you can provide transportation to all our students.
Example: John Doe cannot provide transportation to Scripps Ranch. As such, he has written "Scripps Ranch" in the cell next to his name and will not be asked to transport players who live in Scripps Ranch.
In general, we very strongly encourage our players to communicate with our parent volunteers and arrange transportation in advance. If players are unable to arrange transit themselves, then they should use the JV-TSS to find and arrange transit. If this is a difficulty for you, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try and assist you in arranging transportation.
The link to the JV-TSS can be found here. Thanks again for all of your cooperation during these difficult times! Daniel Shaw, Westview Tennis
